Great service every time I visit. Had blood samples taken by Tracey, something I am so nervous about, and it was so quick and painless. She was efficient, helpful and so friendly. Although going to the Doctors isn't normally a nice experience, this surgery is so clean and spacious, and the staff are so polite and helpful. Never kept waiting.
On hold for two hours in total, got to position one, was there for at least 15min then the line cut off, phoned back straight away and went back to the end of the que and waited on hold for another hour to get told tough luck, you may get a phone back but probably not.will call tomorrow to arrange another call...in another two weeks no doubt!! What has happened to this surgery?
I felt compelled to write a review about the incredible treatment that I have experienced from a member of the reception team at Butterbiggins Medical Centre. I don't think any of us are at our best, when we need to get in touch with our doctors surgery. It can be uncomfortable accepting the fact that you need help, but having such exceptional and positive experience at the first point of contact, can make all the difference. I just really wanted to shout out a really stand out member of the reception team ... Candy. Thank you Candy. I hope you stay in the practice for a long time as it has been so refreshing to deal with you, and you have made me feel so much more comfortable about reaching out to the surgery when I need to. I can only imagine, what positivity you must bring to other patients with your kind, patient, efficient and bubbly attitude. You are such an asset to the practice - thank you!
The receptionist are worset they always tried not to pickup call and if they pick then they make excuses to not book appointment.
Big respect for Butter Biggins helped me I went there and so nice helping and friendly staff xx reception xx keep it up
This practice is a shambles from start to finish phelbotomist tell lies via text stating they don't do bloods at practice while in with my husband getting his blood pressure & bloods done DOH wait 12 Doctors working days for beta blockers & according to a receptionist they have over 5 thousand patients God help anyone at this practice No STARS FROM ME As this surgery records all phone calls I would advise patients to record all phone calls to & from this practice
the worst medical practice in the world. rude, incompetent, awful. doctors treated like a mythical creature by flippant reception staff who claim you can only speak to if you just about have limb hanging off and even then they don’t call when they say they will, if at all whilst your symptoms get worse and worse. you would honestly be better looking googling mystic healing and phoning the first number you find as they cannot be worse than these absolute charlatans: avoid at all costs
I have been going a lot to this surgery for many of years. I try and see Dr Hay and Dr Sanaghan. Both of them absolutely brilliant. Fantastic service. Put my mind at ease a lot and nothing is too much trouble. Line rings for a while but you get through and reception staff have always been so friendly and polite.
An outstanding GP practice. Given the pressures of the NHS they do all they can to help. I would even walk in just for a chat with the lovely receptionists if it was allowed.
Shambles. Absolutely ridiculous. Waiting time over the phone was 30mins and I was 6th in queue! Why on earth does it take that long?!?! Went to 1st in queue after the long wait and the receptionist answered and had the audacity to CUT the call on me! If your staff can't handle basic skills why employ them! On top of that the receptionist is very rude in person and over the phone. Not an ounce of manners there. Should be taught basic manners as part of their training.
