I have been going a lot to this surgery for many of years. I try and see Dr Hay and Dr Sanaghan. Both of them absolutely brilliant. Fantastic service. Put my mind at ease a lot and nothing is too much trouble. Line rings for a while but you get through and reception staff have always been so friendly and polite.
Awful level of service, staff rude and unhelpful. Rigid processes and callbacks from doctors are often forgotten about, if not answered you are unable to call back as number withheld and no messages left?? Extremely poor for apparent mental health support. Would recommend another medical centre.
Can sometimes be hard to get through to them on the phone, but other than that I've had pleasant experiences.
Always a good service through from receptionists to the very friendly doctors and nurse... I've never had an issue with appointments before
Tracy at reception was exceedingly helpful when my prescription went astray. Many thanks for the great service
Don't answer there calls and never stay in touch for anything all in all this place is a complete shambles ps receptionists are lazy and not even jobsworths at all lower than that
