I received brilliant service at Sandyford Central! I arrived 10 mins early for my appointment and was seen straight away, the dr was fantastic and really helpful and informative! I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews, this place is fantastic!
Whenever I've visited the staff have been lovely and helpful. The waiting area is big with vending machines, and the receptionists deal with everyone very calmly. Yeah, sometimes there's a wee bit of a wait, but have none of you been to a hospital before? Nothing more than standard really from my several visits.
Fantastic services, attentive and professional staff. Waiting times are relatively quick compared to other places. Always feel relaxed here and the cheery staff make visits a lot easier.
Since 9am this morning, I have called this clinic 12 times. It rings out every time.
Dr Gordon Wilkinson of the adolescent transgender service is rude and arrogant. Worryingly I have also found he is not giving accurate advise and information.
I have been waiting on some to see me for one year just get a implant took out am really not happy I have got 5 kids and I don't won't no more so me and my partner not get on because all this so get your finger out and help people that are need the help
Don't know why they bother with an appointment system. Never seen on time. Still waiting 40 mins and counting. Avoid if you can, better services are available elsewhere.
Very helpful and kind staff. Cared for me well. I had an appointment and it was on time. The doctor discussed all my options with me thoroughly, and my partner was allowed to be with me for everything except the "downstairs" examination and ultrasound.
I had the privilege of being treated by Sarah Reilly yesterday and she was AMAZING; what a thoroughly delightful and professional lady who made me feel instantly at ease. We were joined by another lady whose name I didn't catch - so sorry who was also fabulous. Thank you x
