One star is too generous for this place. I would say the place is absolutely useless, but it does provide the function of wasting a lot of you valuable time for absolutely no reason. I am shocked that it is even legal for a centre to function this way. Only registering took months. After continuous daily calls, hours on hold, and failure to book an appointment they eventually told me my registration was scrapped as I failed to book an appointment! Now that I actually require medical intervention, been trying for 4 days and haven’t even gotten as far as speaking to a receptionist, the phone line gets dropped and online consults keep getting declined. This is absolutely idiotic. Someone should do something about this!
I wouldn't even give 1 star if possible for this GP Surgery. Reception staff always try to refer to either pharmacies nearby or to web consultation, which does not even work either. It seems the reception staff thinks they are the doctors. No way to get any consultation with any doctor or even nurse. Reception staff sometimes say that nurse will call back but they never seem to even put in the system. I have now asked for repeat prescription 2 weeks back. Called 5 times already and not yet issued. Absolute horrendous service - no concern for their patients.
Absolutely inhumane! I work on the Aviation industry and had blocked ears for more that a week. I could not work and needed a doctors note and help. I was not registered as I recently moved to the area. I had done the registration online that stated it takes two working days. They said it takes 3-4 weeks and they could not book an appointment for me. I said that NHS has temporarily registration and I was referred by an 111 paramedic last night but they still wouldn’t help me. Their answer was that I should go to A&E even though we should visit emergency wings if it’s not extremely severe. Manage to enroll to another Surgery the same day! Disgraceful!
I hope Dr Kumar reads this. I’ve been registered at your surgery since I was born you were the first Doctor to ever work on me and I can’t even get an appointment. I’m suffering and your staff can’t even send me a link or answer their phones which I must ring at 8am to get an appointment. Dr Kumar please do something to get your once excellent surgery back to where it was or I will be going private.
Reception team never answer the phone. It always go the automated message stating that u r curretnly number 1 in Q. Still waiting to book an appointment from last week, whenever I call its the same message and I've spent literally 2 hours just holding the line for the past week. Still no luck.
Very poor service, useless customer service. I can’t get through not saying about any help or medication. Only online services, the doctors afraid of people those days. What point of paying NI if you can not get help . I have to get a private service to get medication.
If you're planning to register here, then I'd highly suggest you don't! Unprofessional, untrained, rude and unhelpful receptionists. When you try to call them up, they question you "Is it an emergency?" also they don't listen to you. I tried calling for two weeks every morning just for a doctor consultation call. Their system is always down and I'm still told to call the next day. Also the doctors here never have a proper solution to your needs. They hope that it just gets resolved on its own. They don't go deeper at solving the issue. The NHS should review all the staff that works here, because it's peoples health that is at risk here. I will definitely be changing surgery and reporting this.
Terrible place, doctors and staff simply don't care. My wife and I have now registered at a different surgery.

If I could give zero stars I would. Recently joined and I am looking for another surgery already. Rubbish never have appointments rude staff only 1 who is polite the rest look down at you and feel like they judge you can't say much about doctors etc haven't had the chance to even see any other than 1 when the ambulance had to get the appointment for me as I was refused an appointment for asthma and was told to wait over the weekend absolute joke. Would avoid at all cost! Needs a complete change of reception staff.
