Bloody awful. While I had no problem getting through today (like others have experienced, is a huge issue in itself), the reception staff are rude as hell. Asked for an emergency apt, got told "nope" And then she hung up. What kind of service is this? Not to mention that I was told to go there at 7:30 in the morning, to get my 5yr old son an apt. I have other kids to take to school so went back at 8am. All apts gone and there was nothing they could do to help me despite the fact that he has major medical needs. Thankfully, he has open access to ward24 at Wexham and was monitored. Awful, awful and awful.

Yes , param virdi it is bloody awful surgery. I had called them for an emergency apt for my 5 year old daughter. Recep said they dont have apt , call tomorrow. Then next day i called 114 times continuous.They dont pick up the call where as it was going busy all the time without any message that you are in a queue or eithere your number in queue is this this.. I am totaly depressed what can i do. How i consult gp. Mobile app give apt of after 2 months . Then what is the reason of making app. The staff is so rude at reception . They dnt have any sense of emergency patients , children patients. I have a proof of my call records that they dont pick ph in whole 1 hour because they hang tne phone on table and talk with each otherr. THIS ISSUE MUST BE INVESTIGATED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BC FARNHAM SURGERY PLAY WITH PATEINTS LIFE AND EMOTIONs.

Receptionists are useless and don’t know how to speak with the people and when you are calling them to book an appointment, they don’t receive the DAMN phone!!!!!!! Worst surgery ever!

This surgery is worse then my grandma! Serious this people are to help there! But in the reality you can’t get hold of them!!

The receptionists customer services and attitude is less to be desired. They are extremely rude with lack of care or passion for the job. Greeting patients in an unprofessional manner and tone based on how they are feeling that day. This surgery had a good repretation back in the day showing duty of care towards their patients but unfortunately it has gone down hill and still rolling.
