A team worker Sherly or something her name was , very very rude and straight to a mental health person. Instead i was being polite and understanding her situation instead of her understanding mine still she was not polite on me telling her that straight nicely. When said even if i die she was like thank you . So so so unprofessional and rude unkind person. Another lady was just about to help me and was so nice, I forgot her name but Sherly interfered and didn’t let her do it. I don’t want them to do what i say but there is a way of saying NO too . I wanted medicine but forcing me like i am working under them. My goodness, she really needs to learn basic Human manners.
Called them to report my mother's declining health.... They said 'is she taking her medication'... I said that yes, she is but it is not helping her any more.... They responded with well, she's taking her medication so what else do we want.... No re-evaluation or concern... Left her to rot in her mental health essentially...
Rubbish service - no idea how to deal with a pandemic - failed to take preventative action when it mattered most - too busy playing politics between triage of doctors and losing complete sight of what is actually going on in the world. Additionally learn how to monitor side effects of medications plus learn how to write a full patient history before making false diagnosis.
Absolutely a joke , since almost a year they are fuffing around to get me on Trauma Therapy and follow their own pathway as orederd by the Psychiatrist. Excuses over excuses . If I would have not access to my private Health Service and their Mental Helath Practioner I would be not sitting here anymore typing these lines . Appauling and actually a neglect of help. Don’t bother just get private funding via the right to choose!
I will never call again when I'm in a crisis I was in a state of total terror anxiety overdrive really needed help was having terrible thoughts only to be told touch five objects have a cup of tea and shower and if I still feel the same call back!!! Totally discusting advice thankgod I had family because they could have been the last words I heard it was that serious no real help for people in crisis I felt ten times worse from calling thankgod I had the strength to pull through
Unless the service has had a complete overhaul since I was unwillingly discharged in 2015 I find it somewhat amazing that they have just won two awards October 2019 for services provided. There were only two strong links in the chain of my mental health care and they were my regular GP and the TDU at Wexham Park.
Terrible service. staff don’t listen to you and don’t treat you nicely. Do not waste your time here
Not worth the effort or aggravation!!!!! Haven't got a clue how to deal with people!!!!!!! Total waste of bloody time and public money!!!!
