I am not the best of health but still would like to give all the staff at Cippenham Surgery an appraisal for a great service I have received over the years. All staff and doctors always deliver effective and very efficient service. Every one at Cippenham Surgery has the own skill set, all staff are very polite professional and deliver a high standard of service including all the Doctor's at times it is over and beyond one's expectations! I have seen and have received excellent service over the years and I would like to thank you all for all your efforts. I personally would say the best in Slough!
Currently on the phone to the clinic. The queuing machine says I’m number 1 in the queue but it’s been 25minutes. It’s 5.55pm now and the clinic is closing at 6.30pm so I’m still waiting. I just want the repeated prescriptions to be approved as it’s been over 4 working days and the request has not been looked at. My current medicine runs out on Thursday! As I wrote this, the call was answered rather rudely. No apologies for half hour wait as number 1 in the queue. They need to learn how to take calls and not bluntly like she doesn’t want to be there taking the calls. It’s her job and it doesn’t take much to be pleasant.
I’m trying to spread awareness so I’m writing this review. This practice has slowly been declining in the past few years. Most of the staff are friendly such as the chatty receptionist and are helpful such as Dr Agnihotri and the nurses, however most of the staff are too lazy! Some of the doctors don’t even bother to do actual checks and they don’t help you, they also can’t communicate clearly through the phone, while some of the receptionists are really rude and have no dignity! I understand the practice must be struggling a little, and that the current times are hard, but it’s absolutely ridiculous to have to call over 80 times to reach them and it’s worse that half the time the surgery is fully booked and the doctors are always “too busy” to see any patients. I hope the practice hires new doctors who actually care about their patient’s wellbeing. I truly hope Dr Nabi sees this review and does something to bring improvement to the surgery and hire a sufficient amount of kind staff to provide healthcare services and to help the community.
Terrible staff,Dr Khan so unprofessional attitude, very rude, booked another e consultations but no one call you back! You can’t talk with the manage because he’s not there!!! I’m struggling with my health and no one wants to check what is wrong with me. I will change my gp surgery because this one is a joke! Also I will complain to the Health Service NHS Ombudsman.
Friendly staff and excellent doctors. I huge improvement after the pandemic. Patients are kept safe as not too many patients are kept waiting in the patient waiting area. Gives those patients attending a safer place to visit. Well done everyone and thanks for all the help over the years.
E-consult is constantly unavailable for this practice. Those of us that have a job [surely about half of the patient roster] rely on being able to send in an e-consult request when we get the chance, but I have been trying at different times every day for a week to no avail. Completely pointless if it's only available to do in-hours if it even is, since a reply is not expected for 48 hours anyway. Phone calls are pointless as not many people have an hour to spend trying to get through in the morning. I'd feed back to the practice manager but I'll never forget how rude he was the last time constructive feedback was provided. The doctors are the only redeeming factor, but not enough if you don't manage to get to talk to one!
ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME ,VERY RUDE AND HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU! READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON HERE AND ON THIER OTHER WEBSITE Under DR A. NABI, IT'S THE SAME NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THERE ASWELL. AND YOU WILL SEE IT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! Sorry but if management wanted to sort this out they would have years ago. I have been a patient with this surgery for over 5 years and I have always had the same experience . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This surgery is appalling, I have been calling for the past 3 days for an appointment, only today I get through, and a very Rude receptionist shamim tells me that there are no DR in today, and I should have called in at 8am , when I explained I have and it a busy tone , she tells me to use e consult which I have used was told by email someone would be in touch by 6.30pm today and nothing, she told me only the manager look at the econsults and he not in either, the surgery is terrible ,phone is always on busy tone, and when a receptionist answer's they are just so rude, I work at a GP practice and understand it can be busy, but this by far is the worst surgery.
Extremely unprofessional staff and doctors.if you ask for appointments, they suggest to change doctor or move to another surgery. Complete Waste of tax payer money. Phone is busy from 8:30to 10:30 and If when they pick up phone , they treat patient very rudely. Hard earn tax payer money wasted on this surgery.
Doctor Nabi is an awful human being and his surgery is to be avoided at all cost if you want to be looked after properly. All of the staff that work there are rude and have seem to have absolutely no training. They don't even smile
