Worst surgery in the UK, you can never get an appointment, receptionists are always rude and incompetent every time, appointments are always late. Would recommend you find a better surgery with better staff and one where you can actually get an appointment!

I liked the nurse who assisted me,but I have never seen so incompetent receptionist.One of them was a young Asian in her twenties,and the other one was another Asian lady in her fifties with dark frame glasses.I really had to struggle to make an appointment with the older lady by the phone (I could recognise her voice on the phone). The only reason I can see those ladies were working there is because they are relatives or friends from Doctor Nabi,otherwise it makes no sense.

Hi everyone.
Today we visited Dr. Nabi surgery. We were treated so unprofessional by the lady on reception. We went in for a question and the lady had such bad manners. I don;t know how Dr. Nabi can have such awful staff. That lady doesn't know how to talk with the patients and didn't show any respect at all!
