Not particularly impressed, waited to hear back on a finance quote/Px value towards a car I was interested in and to arrange a test drive. Waited days, when I chased it up I found out the car was sold. Would nice to have been informed sooner but since they got a sale I guess they didn't care. Shame as there was another car on stock I wanted to see while I was there - but will go elsewhere

Awful customer service. When a customer books a loan Car for four days, this option should not be taken away on arrival at the dealership.

Exceptionally helpful, polite and welcoming staff. Another great experience with Taunton Jaguar.  I needed a possible coolant leak looked into, the car was in for 24hrs while it was thoroughly tested. They provided a very nice RR sport as a courtesy.  Thankfully no issue was found, and I left with no labour charge.  Really, really impressed with the customer care provided.  I'll be returning for any future work, or car needs. From my experience, highly recommend.

I have just have my E Pace serviced at Taunton Jaguar and what was meant to be a days service turned into two, this wasn’t particularly a problem but it was very frustrating as no one returned my calls until the fourth time I rang on day 2! As others reviews have said the customer service has definitely deteriorated in the last couple of years and I won’t be returning! To top off my experience they didn’t even wash my car which I had said I would like done, such a disappointment The staff that I saw all seemed very young, inexperienced and uninterested

Very poor disorganised service.  I was quoted £645 for a gearbox oil change,  I was then quoted £300, When I dropped the car off for the oil change I was told I was mis quoted and the cost was going to be nearly £1000. Seems like they don't know what they are doing and make the price up as they go along.  Even more disappointing was the fact that the service man said he would call me the next day to explain why I was quoted £300 and to give me an accurate quote. He never called back.  Very poor customer service.

First rate intervention by Phil Service Advisor this morning who saved me a day waiting for a repair as well as a 50+ mile return journey. He also saved Taunton Jaguar a courtesy car and the overhead costs of workshop and engineers' time by figuring out how to tackle a broken trim problem which should have been spotted at the factory! then fixing it himself. Top marks.  So who is responsible for the 'out of order' coffee machine?

Worst car garage I have ever been to, they tried to rip me off by charging £400 more for a service that was originally £600 online but in person was told ot was over £1000, luckily I had a screenshot! They're rude and if you're younger than 30 years of age they treat you like you shouldn't be there. You buy a Jaguar expecting a higher level of service, you won't get it here.

Last visited 1 year ago, untill lockdown in 2020 this was the best dealership I'd ever been to, i bought my car from them and Matt and Holly have both been brilliant throughout and in honesty the only reason i continued to go there, every time I've been there they've both been very friendly and helpful, but in the last couple of years the customer service and communication from the other departments has deteriorated... This only became apparent on a recent visit to my new local dealer, seeing how customer services should be and how it used to be in Taunton when i first went there, i will not return to Taunton Jaguar...
