I stayed in the single room and it was very cozy. Everything was provided: tea, towels, wifi, and a good shower. The owners were very communicative and fast problem-solving. I also loved the deer & tartan decoration! Location also great, Oban is a small town so pretty much everything is close!Rooms: 5/5
We spent in Tanglin Guest House a couple of days in June and were absolutely happy. We really felt there like at home. Everything there is on spot, everything is clean and tidy, and more over the place is run by a lovely cuple that has clearly an eye for every detail.Rooms: 5/5
Eilidh is an exceptional host. Delightful, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Our room was clean comfortable and very reasonable. The location is great, an easy walk into town. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5
Reasonably priced b&b, nothing too much trouble for the hosts, loads of luxury items, plus hairdryer, iron/board. More than you'd expect from a budget guest house. Ample free parking and ideally placed for the centre of Oban and the surrounding scenery. Loved it.

Appalling customer service. i had to cancel a room booked for 27 May and received an email from them saying they could refund the cost if I cancelled the booking and they resold the room although I accept that was not the original terms of the booking. I cancelled the room, they rebooked it, but over several phone calls and emails, as well as a face to face discussion at the guest house in Oban, she has still only refunded £30, not the £70 we agreed as a valid compromise. She has not honoured a written agreement and I find her customer service appalling. do not book this guest house unless you find this treatment and breakign of a written agreement acceptable
Good location, kind and welcoming host and comfortable rooms. The only thing that could be improved is the pressure of the shower, as it is low. We did not have breakfast there.
Nice stay in Oban close to the center. Lovely double room. We felt good: Parking behind the houe possible. Restaurants and the Oban Destillery nearby.
Convenient for the town centre, station and ferry only a short walk. Nice clean and comfortable room, friendly landlady.
Great location helpful owner! Helped us as she was outbooked to find another room for another night in another great location! Good price try to contact directly and forget all bad and very strange ratings!!!
