Warm, comfortable and clean room. Was perfect for what we needed, a place to rest overnight. Shared bathroom was clean and everything in working order. Girl on reception was really friendly and welcoming. Good value for money. Really close to town and we were able to park right outside the door. Would stay here again.

I booked 2 nights stay  the girl in reception was nice cheery helpful .the hotel was clean warm  I stayed 2 nights I asked if I can upgrade to a double room just for myself  i was shown a single room then a double room and giving the choice and the prices  I took the double room for just myself and it's still great value for money  next time I am up I definitely use this guest house again and would recommend it  to my friends   the only thing I would recommend to the the owner manager  is at the shared bathroom   a better  better none slip mat outside the shower .but that's the only issue I found and it's a very small issue

Only one star. Manageress evasive and very absent leaves younger staff to deal with complaints. On the whole shabby. Would not recommend it to any one.

We enjoyed our time here, the lady who met us and cleaned our room was very nice, the room was spacious and clean beds were comfortable and fresh. We booked a room with shared facilities, but would probably book ensuite next time (out of preference not because there was anything wrong) the rooms were very old fashioned but that adds to the quaintness of Oban. It was very close to everything and ideal for exploring the town

My girlfriend and I stayed here one night. It's expensive compared to what you get. Decent room with a cramped ensuite.
