We loved our stay here! Immaculate room, lovely host and extremely helpful. Great breakfast with "more than enough" food! The room has beautiful views and we both loved sitting in the window seat reading and relaxing. Oban is a lovely town, very walkable from the Guest House. Can't say enough. So happy we started our Scotland journey of one month at the Gramarvin. Rooms: Immaculate, extremely comfortable and well laid out! Nearby activities: Dunollie Castle, McCaig Tower, Oban Distillery, and a ferry trip over to Isle of Kerrera, a gem, and the tea room there was an unexpected highlight!!! Glad we fit them all in besides all the walking around Oban in general. Loved it all! Walkability: Easy and enjoyable walk to town and area attractions Food & drinks: Recommend the Coast Restaurant and Coasters Pub
Two units, opposite each other on the top floor. Each unit is spacious with a great view over town. Everything well sorted and professional. Fruit and breads for breakfast, the owner was nice enough to bring ours up early on our departure day.Rooms: 5/5

Every good thing said about this place is true! Lovely friendly and helpful host. Beautiful room spotlessly clean with an amazing view. Free Wifi if you can take your eyes off the view! Very nice tray breakfast. The steps to the property are steep but we were offered assistance with our case had we required it. Delightful visit and would make it our first choice should we be back in the area.
Quite simply one of the very best BnB's I have ever been to. Immaculate, spacious and with breathtaking views. Mary is lovely and the breakfast was superb.Rooms: 5/5
The room was lovely, with a comfy bed, stunning view and spotless. The breakfast was more than enough for 2 people and the host made us feel very welcomed and gave us tips about restaurants. We already miss sleeping there!!Rooms: 5/5
The best B&B I have stayed at in 15 years. Very friendly owners, spotlessly clean, everything in its place, top facilities, shower with water pressure ;-, lots of nice little details, and an incredible view of Oban Bay and Kerrera. The Continental breakfast in the room was very varied, tasty and more than sufficient.Rooms: 5/5
