Warning - Got ripped off We stayed two days with my girlfriend in May 2017. Everything seemed good until we discover tenant charged us twice! They never accepted we paid by card and asked us to leave money in the room. Apparently, after all, it was to swindle us. Back home we realized that we got ripped off since they used my credit card securing our stay to charge me a second time. I have picture proving I paid but they keep denying. Scotland is a beautiful country with lovely people, it would be too stupid to waste our stay with such dishonest tenant.

Lovely little guest house, hosts are friendly and approachable but not intrusive. Private parking away from the street and close to the centre of Oban, within walking distance of everything you need.

The location of the guest house with respect to the city was great and we were happy that walking to the Oban Distillery took less than 10 minutes. We booked 3 rooms; two doubles (rooms 1 & 4) and a family room for four (room 6). The rooms had TV and private parking is available in the back. The couple that runs the guest house was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this as a good value.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable and the shower was one of the best I've found in the UK so far. Breakfast in the rooms is a nice touch.
