I stayed 2 nights at Corran house in a bunk room. The hostel is really cozy. It's in walking distance to everything in Oban you would want to see. The kitchen was very large and modern. I didn't have any problems during my stay.

Great rooms and well equipped kitchen. There was a nice common room downstairs as well. The bar downstairs was a little loud, but not too bad. Was nice that towels were included. Older lady at the front was incredibly grumpy and rude, which made for poor customer service but that was the only downside of this hostel.

Very comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. Central convenient location on waterfront with beautiful views over Oban bay. Nice pub in the building. Didn't like no tea and coffee in the room.

We booked almost at the last second and luckily we find the a very cheap room to sleep. We was sharing the room with another couple inside the hostel. We enjoyed the stay because everyone was helping each other to find best route for the next day. We find everything perfect there and also we've been invited to the pub downstairs to have a lovely local whiskey. Then we meet also the ower that she was at the last day of pregnancy at Christmas eve. Highly recommended.

Value for your money. Nice place in the centre of Oban. With a nice sea view. Breakfast is great as you pay only for what you eat and not a fixed price for what you would not touch. It is self service in the breakfast room. But you are not paying for it. Loved it.
