Very pleasant bank holiday afternoon spent having late lunch. Food was excellent and play park for friends children perfect. The ladies could have been a little nicer hence only four stars

We had a great Saturday lunch here, great food and service. Very welcoming and homely inside with two roaring fires and plenty of fun outside in the garden when the sun came out. An unspoiled hidden gem!

Beautiful quaint county pub. Had the place to ourselves. Very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Ate here twice as staying locally. Good honest food at reasonable prices - the beer was also great! We had gammon, steak & ale pie and lamb shank all of which were a good portion with vegetables. Friendly and much recommended.
