Poor service.  Turned up for a routine update to vehicle. They could not find the booking (even though had an email confirmation) and then had ran out of the fluid needed.  Didn't even have the courtesy to call in advance and waste a morning from work which i had taken the time off to do this.  

Also when buying a new vehicle they were very un-competitive  (inflated APR on finance and poor trade in value offered).  Went elsewhere and got a much better deal -it pays to shop around.

Only Had Car 2 days and it was banging…

Terrible !!!!!

Spoke to servicing no help at all managed to get Car booked in a week later 
No hire Car
Car was ment to be motd obviously didn’t look at it
Also was ment to be checked over (pre delivery inspection) this was obviously not done aswell

I bought a Evoque from stratstone Stockton-on-Tees who I found very good.But as I live in Newcastle I needed a dealership closer to home.The car developed a small fault so had to decide where to take it,I booked it in at the Lemington branch but after reading the reviews I was concerned I may regret it.I very rarely leave reviews but here goes,
From the lady on reception to the gentleman called Darren who was superb all day keeping me informed,to picking up the car which was immaculate after a wash and valet.I will definitely use in the future and recommend.

Really poor service... multiple visits in the last few months and you'd think these guys didn't want to sell! Granted initial salesman who helped left the company... but none of the others seemed to want to help.  Left phone number, rang and requested callbacks. Not a patch on service offered by likes of the local BMW, Honda or Lexus garages.  Sad times.
