I needed a short notice repair on my trailer, very accommodating, polite, approachable and reasonably priced.
Slightly disappointed after purchasing a 2nd hand trailer today to find that after haggling a bit with the salesman and saying he would knock £100 off the advertised price to find that he has knocked off £5.00. Trailer is great but that is a bit underhanded in my opinion.
Very good. Hired a car transporter trailer - everything was great.
Disappointing customer service. Traveled a significant distance to purchase a trailer. Salesman was not interested in engaging in any way. Or even looking to make a deal from a genuine cash holding customer. I was prepared to negotiate, however the salesman had a take it or leave it attitude. I guess there is plenty of other retailers willing to look after there customers.
Excellent customer service, I gave them my glider trailer for a service and was very pleased with the work done. They also provided a checklist which was much appreciated, highly recommend
