First Caravan and  went around most dealers some were okay some not so much but none really interested in trying to assist us with what we wanted. Went to Murray Caravans Airth, Robin Murray gave us a sheet of caravans for sale and let us go around without any hard sell or anything. Went back a couple of times were Robin explained everything to us and Jim ,the manager even put power to the one we fancied to  Keep us warm and show us things worked. Finally we decided on our caravan and WOW price great AND the extras more than you could expect. When we picked it up they put it in storage for us(So secure and brilliant)
Got a warranty but have had them before with some big companies.when anything wasn't right they tried everything to get out of it. HOWEVER I had a few minor things sorted almost immediately without any problems and when I did somethings wrong they helped all they could even giving things at a discount when they didn't need to. This IS THEE PLACE TO GO

A place where you're made to feel welcome, where you're invited to freely walk around within the sales yard and you're given a list of caravans (numbered) with a quick guide to berth, length etc. All the staff are very approachable and encourage you to be honest and you're offered guidance to particular caravans depending of your requirements to the caravan you'd like. Also they will make sure you're vehicle is legally capable of your choice of caravan.
Maintenance staff are on the ball and they will do the handover to you on any agreed purchase when you collect.
Advice or answers are only a phone call away, Murray Caravans certainly don't push you into a sale yet remain supportive throughout.

Great place for caravan storage, servicing and repairs. Staff are friendly and down to earth. Security on storage facility is first class and the whole place is well laid out.

We have just paid for our first year's storage at Murray Caravans. We were very impressed with the facilities and the service.
