Brought a car from these guys 5 months ago ...Still love it .. family atmosphere .friendly and helpful advise not pushy ... open and honest with how each car would fullfill my requirements.. start to finish great service ... no problems with car....would recommend these to anyone ..

Been needing a larger car for a while as we have child no.3 now but had been putting off and just about coping with 3 child seats in a VW golf. I really liked the look of the top spec Ford S Max and had been looking at the autotrader website for weeks. Decided to go have a look at a black one at Stillman’s of Sevenoaks on Wednesday 18th of April. When we arrived we were met by Sean from sales who on finding out what car we had come to see had another member of staff fetch the car which was offsite at the time and whilst that was going on Sean sat us down, offered coffee was very attentive and listened to what we wanted. When the car arrived, he showed us around it and offered a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and seemed to take pride in his work. He was more than happy for us to bring the children’s seats and baby’s pram so that the test drive was as realistic as possible. On arriving back to the forecourt, we were introduced to the lovely Tania in the finance department who made a fuss of our baby boy before going through a really good finance package for us. We struck a deal and agreed a pick up date of Saturday the 21st of April. At no point did we feel rushed or pressurised to buy, the staff genuinely seemed to want to help us get the car we needed to be in. The car had a couple of small dents as well as the tailgate opening button didn’t work, and engine management light was on, the garage said they would put right before pick up. I had a further 2 phone conversations with the garage, one with Tania and one with someone from sales but don’t recall name, again, all lovely and kept me up to speed with how car was coming along. On the day of pick up, the car had been valeted through out, and looked amazing, dents had been taken care of but unfortunately the boot realist button hasn’t been done on time, the staff were very apologetic and said as soon as it arrives they would book me in to have it done. Tania again went through the last bits of necessary paperwork and the car was all mine! Since then, the warning light has come back on again(airflow sensor needed changing apparently) and when I called the garage earlier today were keen to get it fixed so booked me in for next week to get it sorted as well as the boot realise. I think this show excellent after sales! All in all, it has been a pleasure doing business with Stillmans. I will recommend to anyone looking for a new used car and I can see myself going back to them when the time comes.
