Room is comfortable for 2 persons. Breakfast was great. Receptionist Ali was very helpful. Kudos to him. Complimentary snack bar on every Mon - Wed, 6.30pm - 7.30pm. Free alcoholic beverage and non alcoholic beverage, with some snacks. Good for mingling and get together. Great job from Debbie, Manager, Sales. Nearby activities: Walking distance to Birmingham New Street Station and Brunel street.
If you are going to stay in Birmingham and you need a hotel that has everything you need to self-cater then this is for you. The suites/rooms are self contained. You have a bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen and living space. In essence a small apartment/flat, for the price of a hotel room. The price is very reasonable for the suites. Located about a 4 minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station you have to look for the address and not a building, as the entrance looks like a commercial building. I have to admit that the first time I stayed there I missed the entrance. The reception does have a mini store to make purchases, but there are major supermarket stores within 2 minutes of the hotel. Also located within the shopping centre of Birmingham so many places to shop and eat. Recommend that you make reservations in advance as the suites fill up fast. Nearby activities: Located in and near the Shopping Centre of Birmingham, and 6 minute walk to the indoor Bull Ring Shopping Mall. There is a cinema within 5 minutes walking distance. The Birmingham Royal Ballet Company is based about 15 minutes away. The Birmingham Concert Hall is about 20 minutes walk, as I do not recommend taking a taxi, as it could potentially cost you more time and money when it is so close. Food & drinks: As it is mainly self-catering, there are supermarkets close by. Multiple fast food inside and outside Birmingham New Street Station. Multiple pubs and restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes of the hotel.
Perfect experience, nice and welcoming staff, helpful reception. It's all about location, location and location! Beautiful view of the street and city center. A quiet peaceful place to stay, study, work and shopping. Rooms come with a nice small kitchen, perfect for a quick meal. TV set, super clean bath and a warm bed with clean sheets to sleep. Free breakfasts and social evenings were awesome and came with a veriaty of choices. Staff are helpful and lovely. Great experience we had for two weeks. Thank you IHG.
Lovely Hotel room was really nice & clean. breakfast was good the only reason I took 1 star off was because there were migrants there kids running around at Breakfast it was noisy at Breakfast women lying Over sofas in reception bringing the Hotel Down. We would stay Again in the future as it was so central Staff We're Pleasant.
Lovely hotel apartment; very spacious and nicely decorated. Staff are lovely and the hotel is well resourced with coffee, teas and evening snacks. There is a study lounge and gym and numerous amenities! Amazing stay, highly recommend!Rooms: 5/5
Really nice suites that have everything you need for a good stay. Well stocked breakfast with plenty of choice every day. Friendly and helpful staff. Can’t fault this place at all, will definitely be staying here again!
