Small rooms, dark, elevator broken, was notified breakfast had changed times to earlier despite all signage stating otherwise, dirty and noisy. Honestly the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. 1 star is too good.Rooms: 1/5
SHAMEFUL! this place was disgusting me and my husband shared a luxury room which turned out not only the surprise of bed bugs but the dust when sat down i highly doubt the sheets are clean and changed regularly. but not to mention the big pice of black hair on my pillow and more in the food! the food was ok but cold and so was the shower was full of hair and bugs WILL NOT COME BACK !!!!
If I could give no stars I would. My daughter and I wanted to treat ourselves to a mini break away. I found the hotel, she arrived before me. She calls and want impressed at all. The bed sheets were very dirty, the shower curtain had green marks on it. The bag has stains It. The windows were just horrible. It was like stepping into a time machine,. Only one lift was working and we were put on a smoking floor. We Do No Smoke. We just couldn't stay, I booked another hotel just for the peace of mind and left. We didn't get a refund that was last of our worries. We will not be going back there again. They need to either shut it down or re do it up.
The smell in the corridor made me sick! Bedroom is outdated but it's ok for a couple of nights. It was clean too. You could hear the next door people "having fun"! But the biggest issue was when they gave someone else access to our room! If we haven't locked the door from inside these people would've got in! They were given our room because the hotel thought we had left! That's unacceptable! And no apologies or interest from the staff! Would never recommend this hotel to anyone
Extremely dated - so much so that my room had no ceiling light and the majority of sockets would not accept modern plugs. Dirty/worn decor. The room was noisy as there is no double glazing, and the property had an unpleasant smell. The bed was hard, the pillows were so thin they might as well not have bothered providing then. Having paid £195 for the room plus being charged for using a debit card I expected much more. As a positive, the receptionist at check in was extremely polite, and the location is convenient.
Really disappointed with the hotel. Bath very obviously not cleaned and had hairs in it. Room not vacuumed, lots of crumbs on the floor and the bed was awful, 1 pillow per person and they were flat. Room was like a sauna, so ridiculously hot. No one at the desk when I dropped off my keys so will definitely be getting in touch with the photos I've taken!
Unfortunately I cannot be satisfied with this hotel - the towels had some weird brown stains on them luckily I had my own but for the price of 91euros I would expect to get the clean ones, the wifi didn't work AT ALL the network was very weak plus the password provided by service was incorrect and when I asked the service if I can store my luggage for couple of hours after my stay they told me it's impossible because the storage is full so I need to carry it with me now. The breakfast was good though.
Hotel decor is very dated, our room was not very clean, there was mould around the bath and sink, dust on skirting boards and tables, a large stain on the ceiling and the kettle didn't work. However the staff were friendly and polite. This hotel is OK to put your head down for one night but I wouldn't want to be there any longer than that.
Old, run down hotel. It is not a 3 star hotel by any means. Hostels have better service and cleaner facilities than this place. Check in staff was rude and unable to answer any questions related to the city and seemed irritated that I even asked. Curtains crusted in dust. No AC. Elevators slow. Beds were like sleeping on spikes. Toilets barely flush. Carpets worn and in disrepair. Not to mention it just seemed creepy and haunted. My standards are pretty low so for me to be miserable says a lot.
the worst hotel I've ever been. It was soooo dirty, with a rug which hadn't been cleaned in ages, some areas where closed to the public and had all the wallpapers torn. the cleaning was really lacking and the personnel where highly discriminatory against their own employees because they didn't understand the language, to the point of yelling because of a missing cup. I didn't have a window in my room and the signaling was quite poor so you could get lost trying to get to the elevator. I totally hated it.
