if you need a service apartment I find adagio is really value for money and Birmingham 's one didn't disappoint. it's just behind the bull ring mall and is possible to just walk everywhere in the city. hotel room was clean, only issue with the rooms was that the toilet floor was really cold compared to the rest of the room. staff were friendly and rooms was good sized for a family of 3. I enjoyed my stay there and had a seamless and simple check in and check out.
I love this place. I always return here and stay a few times a year. The staff are absolutely lovely, especially Linda who is always great to us. Kitchen is well equipped though the nespresso machines are prone to leaking. Always find the beds to be quite hard as well but it's generally pretty quiet, even near the elevator, clean and they put on a fantastic breakfast spread with very nice, friendly and welcoming staff there too though that's quite pricey so we don't tend to indulge. Great location near to the Bullring and the view in the corner view rooms on higher floors is lovely.. unfortunately a little lower down, you get a great look at the building site but the sound proofing is pretty great. All apartments have aircon with a separate unit in the bedroom if you aren't getting a studio. I've been in two of the Luxury apartments but found only one to feel actually like luxury. One was pretty standard size, which was a shame as it was my first stay and there were four of us but it was good enough to get us to come back! and the other was huge, I was very surprised after we were relocated and upgraded after a fire alarm incident that smoked out our floor. 10/10 service. Highly recommended!
We needed a place to stay very late at night in the peak rain. After waiting a while, walking around to various other hotel brands we wound our way back to find Habbiar the very friendly concierge. He kindly gave us a little discount considering the time and the distance we had travelled. Another concierge member did provide us with free chocolate mousse which was very kind! Very good quality of room, we had extras on almost everything. Any time I needed extra towels I was provided them quite quickly. We had a big room and a large sitting area with a small kitchen. Parking nearby was so cheap for 24 hours. We used this for a few days. Rooms: Spacious, decent sized for 4 of us. Safety: Very safe. Have to use key card to enter Walkability: Can walk into bullring in 5 mins Noteworthy details: Decent place for a decent price. It's really good to have space of your own and a kitchen with fridge and microwave.
I've stayed at this aparthotel a few times now, and every stay has been fantastic. The studio rooms are always cozy and comfortable, and the services are top-notch. The staff is super helpful and friendly, especially Sofia at the reception. She’s courteous, always quick to resolve any issues and goes out of her way to help with anything you might need, making the stay even better. The location is also perfect—right next to the coach and train stations, the police station, and just a short walk to the city centre which has markets and great spots to eat out at. Every visit has been a great experience :
We were randomly picked to be 'guests of the day' so got a free upgrade. Staff Epiphany were friendly and lots of nice touches. Decent Nespresso pod coffee machine with Nespresso pods not knock off ones. Excellent location. Power shower. Comfy beds. Very Clean. Highly recommended! It's in Digbeth which has good restaurants and a crazy golf place we went to and enjoyed..
Perfectly located for all transport types and city shopping, bars and great restaurants to suits all tastes and prices. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. The studio double room with en-suite was exactly as described, comfortable, great bed, modern decor and suited my needs personally on the 6th floor. Rooms: Comfortable, clean and modern Walkability: Within 5 mins walking distance to city shopping, bars, restaurants and historical sites. Food & drinks: Lots and lots of location to eat, suiting all tates and prices
Such a great hotel to be in. There is the option to cook on your own, which is unusual for a hotel but the friendliness and the utter helpfulness of the staff, especially, Linda at the reception desk makes your stay feel like a home away from home. She is a very genuine human being who is always there to help and support you every step of the way and make your stay a breeze. To be honest, my every stay here has been full of fun and charm. Further, it is located at a stone's throw from Bullring and Birmingham Moor Street Station which adds to the experience of the gorgeous nightlife, easy travel, and feels very safe to be so close to the police station which is, quite literally, next door. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in Birmingham even for a day and wants to have a enjoyable stay.
A relatively good stay in a good location at a good price. Check in was seamless and the room was ready earlier, check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Got to the room and although not huge it was still very nice. Nice furnishings and well equipped with a kitchenette which was well stocked. Bathroom was relatively nice. TV worked well but we weren’t able to access YouTube or Netflix as the staff said due to security they do not allow it. Plenty of storage available. I personally found the bed uncomfortable and slightly small. Staying on the 7th floor it was a relatively decent view considering Digbeth isn’t very appealing to the eye. Felt very safe during the stay and the hotel was quiet. It can be a little noisy outside as you are situated next to a police station and there are a few clubs around. Situated just by Bullring. Would stay here again on provided it was 1 or 2 nights. Overall very happy.
I had a fantastic stay with my family at this hotel. The location is perfect—right next to the centre - yet wonderfully calm. Sofia and Linda at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was nice, and the lady working there was so kind and attentive. We will definitely choose this hotel again in the futureRooms: 5/5
Great hotel where the staff are lovely and warm and the rooms are clean, new and modern. The location is spot on to all local amenities. Birmingham is a lovely city where the friendliness of the people makes for a calm serene stay. Great plus point is the gym and the bookable conference room. Rooms: Spacious, modern and we'll located. Shower gel provided and in studios and apartments a fully working kitchen for cooking.
