2 star hotel and 2 star overall. Had to wait at reception whilst they found lost money. Bed was rock hard and room was a little noisy.  Good tea and coffee facilities and the room was clean. Good central location

This hotel is honestly the best, the rooms are clean, sufficient well spaced out and the price is affordable, it’s also right next to the new street station and the town centre would 100% recommend this hotel, also the staff are really friendly.

I had a really good time there. The staff were always very helpful but they let you on your own if you don't ask otherwise. The service left the rooms very clean and tidy daily. The location was superb. You could reach almost any interesting point of the city by foot.

Good location and inexpensive price. But almost no soundproof. I woke up at 4 am because a couple upstairs had a amazingly loud sex.

Excellent hotel, check out also the sister hotel in Coventry The Quality Hotel Coventry to visit local attractions in the city . It is fully open for business and currently not affected by Government local lockdown.
