Lovely room, staff very friendly but the room was extremely loud all night with it being right next to the station. The TV was really old and needed replacing. The bed could also have done to have been a bit bigger. The bathroom was perfect and a great size. Great location as right near all amenities.

Poor state of repair in the room. Cold drafty windows in bathroom. Cooked breakfast was poor. Breakfast service was a bit sad. Humming noise made it hard to fall asleep. Hair dryer didn't work. Nobody asked how my stay was on check out.

We had our Christmas party here. It was actually better than last year. Last year food was very disappointing but this year was definitely better!

Excellent hotel, receptionist welcoming. Staff exceptional, we were a group of 9 ladies on a hen party. Anthony in the restaurant and his bar staff looked after us extremely well. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable. Would highly recommend. Made our weekend extra special.

Firstly the hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming. We have stayed here last year and this year was as delightful. Food was lovely and at dinner Erina and Jonathan we really lovely. Staff like these should be mentioned. Hotel is very clean and has loads of character. A really pleasure and we will most definitely be back.
