Used to be good when open to 12am and a good place to.sit and work on your laptop, but they reduced the hours to 10pm and due to staffing problems now frequently close earlier. It can be really noisy at times and music is sometimes too loud. Staff do seem to ignore you. I'm a regular and it's like I'm going in for the first time each time. Simple gestures like 'Hello, how are you'? would go a long way. Tables can be left for hours before being tidied and cleaned, you frequently have to do it yourself. Little things like no soap in toilets or serviettes makes you wonder how often these things are checked. Last time I went in the girl who served me forgot to scan my app as she was too busy talking to another member of staff while serving me. I hear they have a new manager. I hope she improves things.
I’ve been meaning to leave a review for years as the staff are always really nice… Today they gave my puppy a puppy-cino - thank you!
Literally one of the nicest, cleanest and chillest Starbucks.nFriendly staff and quick service also really nice drink too !!nTom and Josh are stars nWould recommend this Starbucks to anyone!!
Friendly staff and perfect coffee. Only recently started drinking coffee and it's the only place I'll go now nThe store is absolutely freeeeezing though
Shoutout to Max who was very helpful and polite, drinks on point apart from the hot chocolate which tasted watered down.nReason for 2 stars is the baker’s cupboard was heaving with flies, really need to sort this issue out! Max was kind enough to fetch us some from the back storage as we would not dare to eat the ones on display.
