I was served by Ella this morning who was super lovely and helpful. Ella had my order ready in a speedy time and had great customer service skills.
Years ago, pumpkin cafes' sausage rolls were served on crunchy rolls with flour powdered on top and 4 sausage halves, for a low price. Believe me when I say, that breakfast slapped. Nowadays pumpkin cafe uses cheaper low quality bread and only 3 sausage halves. So I'm giving 3 stars to reflect the number of sausage halves they put in their rolls. Lovely staff though.
Good café shop but so expensive a bottle of Water. Basically, the prices of coffees was reasonable but I bought a bottle of water for £2.90
The staff here are excellent with a good range of food to choose from also their coffees are fantastic and velvety
Got a lovely service from Alda, she was so friendly and absolutely made my morning! Left with a nice latte and a croissant for my coach ride. Would recommend to re-stock on water. :

The latte and the hot chocolate that we had while waiting for our daughters coach to come in was absolutely gorgeous, a little bit pricy but well worth it
