Really hard to get an appointment when you want.The Springfield Rd branch has a serious problem in keeping receptionists. Bee was the best alas she has left and all the other receptionists, apart form Arvinda who also left! See a theme here? I.T staff there are really rude, luckily she has left to! New manageress is also very rude and does not realize she is not suppose to add fuel to the fire and resolve a situation! The Willowbrook branch is better in terms of receptionists. Really gone down hill since Dr Astles has gone into retirement. I am looking for a new GP.
