This is a terrible surgery. The receptionists say certain GP doctors are not in when they are and are always rude and unhelpful on the phone. The locum doctor is useless and unhelpful, sometimes even cruel and mean when discussing mental health. Prescriptions that are claimed to be sent through to the pharmacy never are and it takes you going back and forth to get them sorted. For anyone struggling with mental health they are useless and would not recommend.
Absolutely rubbish surgery , took 108 calls to get through to be told no doctors , cant see a doctor , just phone call , how do you examine someone over the phone , on morphine and haven’t had a review in over two years , crazy
