Amazing doctors but the reception is the worse. Can't get through on the phone in the morning and when I eventually do, they have no appointments, even for a serious illness. Absolutely terrible. They need to sort it out instead of wasting money on poorly trained reception staff and have a better phone line to get through in the mornings.

I have had very positive experiences of the doctors at this surgery, when I have needed urgent input they have been very responsive. I've never been kept waiting in the waiting area for long and it is possible to get a same day appointment by telephoning on the day. It can be very hard to get through on the telephone and this is something which could usefully be addressed.

Lovely doctors if only the new reception staff were helpful. Every time I try and make an appointment I never get one as the line is too busy and when I get through there are no appointments. Sometimes I'm ringing for 20 minutes and will have made 30 attempts to get through. They have had no nurse for 2 months so I am unable to see her. After around 17 years of being at this practice I will change as I have had enough. I don't go to see the GP often but when I do I expect to get an appointment.

Reception are horrific! I have a lifelong health condition and need a prescription but cant get one until I see the Doctor...next appointment...4 months away!!!

Nauseating practice.
when you go there they will not make an appointment.
when you ring them I am cut off.
Very tiresome!
