I visited the St Ives Harbour Hotel & Spa as a wedding guest and they put on a fantastic event! Private bar and event space downstairs, great food and a fab space for dancing. The weather was stunning which really helped and the outdoors space was used well with a handy path to walk down to the beach. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and put on a brilliant event. We'll done them!

Nice clean place. Food for lunchtime was beautiful and well prepared. Spa day was okay. Although the steam room and jacuzzi weren't working. Massage was good. It would have been nice to have a drink by the pool or snacks. No background music in pool area which would have improved the atmosphere. Lovely views over St Ives

Did not enjoy the spa day. Constant noise from staff, banging doors and other guests. No ambience at all. Lunch was rushed as booked by the hotel staff and no consideration given to times to eat etc. Asked for a later appointment for our treatment after lunch, but was told no as they where fully booked. This hotel Spa's advertising is punching well above what they offer. A disappointing day due to various issues. Have been to far better spa's for the same money. Will be using others in the future.

My husband and I stayed for our silver wedding anniversary in a rooftop veiw over the beautiful harbour and bay. The experience was 1st class from entering till the end. Helpful and polite staff and beautiful room with everything in you wish. A card and chocs and good selection in wine fridge ! Even binoculars to see spectacular view close up. Food in evening and breakfast superb. The spar is so tranquil. Just what we needed after our massage. The pool and hot tub well! Lush!! Thanks to the wonderfully staff all.

Overall an amazing stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reception is beautiful and the staff are very helpful, will take you directly to your room and help with your luggage. Food: A little on the pricey side but we'll worth it Room: Luxurious and Spacious with amazing views, cosy bed, great decor and a perfect sized bathroom Parking: Confusing at first but park right opposite the hotel in what looks like a loading bay and walk into reception to check in and they park your car for you in a secure locked car park Spa: Free to use as a guest (swimming, Jacuzzi, sauna and a gym) lovely facilities! Massages cost more on top. 10 minute walk too the town centre and 2 minute walk from the beach front down some stone steps Overall very happy with this place and will be coming back in the future.
