Ordered a taxi at 3pm for 7:30. Called back when it didn't show at 7:45. Got told there's a half hour wait and the last person I spoke to shouldn't of accepted by booking. If you can't book a car to turn up at a place at a specific time then there's no point. You might as well sell up to a competent company.
Great service from SRC Taxis. i booked 2 days before departure to Manchester Airport cost £61'from Waterloo, Liverpool single journey which includes all airport dropping off charges and the same coming back home, very professional and friendly drivers dropped off and picked up on time and kept in touch with me on my return to the UK taxi driver told me exactly where to meet for pickup home really nice driver very chatty and friendly .I was going to book a car park space but the prices are so expensive that it's cheaper and quicker to get a taxi I would use this company again and would highly recommend them
Booked a taxi for 4.30 didn't arrive, phoned the office at 4.45 said it would be with me soon, it is now 9.16 and still waiting, tried ringing the office again at 5.15 but they just put the phone down on me, they would have left a 90 year old woman with no evening meal or medication, luckily my neighbour gave me a lift, absolutely disgusting.
What a waste of space service. Called in advance to be picked up at 19:45 they then said it would arrive between then at 20:00. They didn't turn up and at 20:15 we was told we would be priority. At 20:38 we called back to be told they had cancelled the taxi. Waste of time....delta arrive straight away try them instead!
Worked for these for few years now and never had any issues
Driver urinated in street in daylight outside my home, young girl walking past.
Had it not been for the fantastic driving last night myself and my work colleague would have been in hospital.
Never showed up. Walked the 30 minutes home. Gone from phone contacts
