If I could put 0 stars I would, rang up to check where my taxi was and the woman on the phone spoke to me like I was a piece of rubbish! Don’t appreciate the way I was spoken to and not to mention how blunt she was! She even had the cheek to put the phone down on me! The drivers are also rude and ignorant, very annoyed as I have been a customer for a long time now!

Always used Handy Cabs, friendly and sociable drivers. Left my phone in the taxi and brought back free of charge! Can't thank them enough!!!

If I could leave zero stars then I would. These people are supposed to provide a taxi service but they don't even pick up the phone, not sure how that's supposed to work but they never answer.

Used this company Sunday they turned up 22 mins after booking them. Half way to the destination the driver asked which way we should be going. Over all a poor taxi service. Would never use again.

Great service, 1st taxi could do with a good valet though, felt like I'd had a pack of 20 and I don't even smoke! 2nd taxi, lovely and clean. Very prompt both times.
