Popped in to watch the new Godzilla minus 1 film, great service by all the staff with clean public areas and toilets. Also, the Godzilla x Kong today
Cinema was nice and clean, there are lifts and escalators to get up to the main cinema area and all the screens seem to be accessible. Unfortunately the wheelchair spaces are right at the front in screen 4 at least! so I had a very sore neck, as did a few others in our group I'm sure, but aside from that it was fine. My son told me that the men's toilets were absolutely disgusting, but the disabled one I used was ok.
Went with my daughter and grandson to see Wonka, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Having said that, we were on the point of walking out and asking for a refund as the volume was so high it was unbearable! We managed to speak to someone who said they would contact the Manager. The volume was still too much but after speaking with the Manager the volume was turned down to a still loud but acceptable level.nSo, note to Manager, keep the volume reasonable!

Went to see One Life in Screen 7. Film was brilliant! Cinema was freezing!!! Complained before the film started, and staff came in, took the temperature and said it was really cold. Remained freezing through the film. Complained to manager after the film. She apologised, and gave us complementary tickets, but couldn't answer why the theatre was so cold and why nothing was done about it even when the staff knew!!nDisgraceful!!
