Love this cinema, we have a choice of cinemas in leicester but I would much rather go to the Odeon in Loughborough as it is a quirky retro building, it's always clean and the staff are wonderful, they great you when you arrive, make conversation with you like your human and actually there, the staff at the food kiosks are always friendly and chatty, they tell exactly where you need to be going and let you know where all the facilities are, best customer service.
Beautiful clean cinema. Staff friendly, food good my only problem was they is no lift to get to the top and I'm disabled so I struggled badly. As I was on holiday and didn't know this before I booked our film
Went to see the new Migration film with the family, and the customer service received from the staff before heading in was nothing short of amazing. The women behind the counter had all the time in the world for my kids when deciding what drinks to get, what popcorn they wanted, etc. Would happily come back again for the customer service alone, 10/10.
Brilliant! Classic old style cinema, lovely staff, clean, relaxing and even stuck a cinema poster aside for me. I'll make a charity donation for it when its ready. Used the app the tickets were at a great price. 10/10
I'm being slightly generous with the rating due to how exceptional, polite and welcoming the staff were.nnThe venue needs modernising and a refurbishment; the toilets were foul and the venue seats were very uncomfortable.
