Went to see the new Migration film with the family, and the customer service received from the staff before heading in was nothing short of amazing. The women behind the counter had all the time in the world for my kids when deciding what drinks to get, what popcorn they wanted, etc. Would happily come back again for the customer service alone, 10/10.
Brilliant! Classic old style cinema, lovely staff, clean, relaxing and even stuck a cinema poster aside for me. I'll make a charity donation for it when its ready. Used the app the tickets were at a great price. 10/10
I'm being slightly generous with the rating due to how exceptional, polite and welcoming the staff were. The venue needs modernising and a refurbishment; the toilets were foul and the venue seats were very uncomfortable.
Apart from having no salted popcorn... which was available in a shop nearby to save drama, it was a lovely art deco cinema. Not sure why the seating was coveted in plastic felt a bit like we were surrounded in body bags, hope this system dissappear soon.cant imagine those covers all get cleaned
Lovely friendly, helpful staff, screens are varied, could do with some investment and toilets could do with a lot of TLC. But for £5 it’s alright

I visited Loughborough Odean this afternoon with my mum a "young at heart" senior! for her birthday treat. Tyler gave superb customer service, to not only us but another senior customer who I observed he helped to navigate the stairs. A credit to Loughborough Odean; an employee superstar!
Friendly staff and good cinema overall. Shame it's quieter in there now since Cineworld has opened nearby.
Cinema as it was supposed to be. Traditional and welcoming. Staff all amazing. Prices fantastic for showing. Seating and tiering should be better.
