Great tasting sausage rolls, goes down great with a cuppa. Dog friendly, although on the lower level only. A little pricy in our opinion but has a lovely atmosphere.
Well maintained despite the history. Love how it feels like I have been transported into another decade upon entering the cafe. Place is clean. Service efficient and friendly. Food taste good.Food: 4/5
The ice cream is delicious and very creamy. There's a variety from standard chocolate to ones involving honeycomb, elderflower, ricotta&apricot. They had the upstairs roped.off so the bottom was too crowded and loud, but the staff were very friendly.Food: 5/5
Lovely ice creams. £5 each for 2 scoops, but they were very generous portions. Quality was really good. I had the mango and lime sorbet which was very refreshing, but at least a dozen flavours to choose from.Food: 5/5
amazing food, lovely staff and a beautiful location. would definitely recommend the caprese focaccia sandwich. has really good veggie and vegan options. the ice cream is lovely too!Food: 5/5
We absolutely recommend this lovely Cafe for their delicious, nutritious and proper food The REAL bread and sourdough pastry that go in the sandwiches and with the soup are truly stunning! Fair do’s to the team for using Alex Gooch’s family & friends baked goods Our family had a real TREAT for lunch here and we’ll definitely be back! Wishing you abundant blessings, The Family behind Rosa’s Bakery in Neath.
Incredible. Gluten free cones and the best sorbet I have ever had. So kind and considerate of gluten requirements, the owners should be proud of their staff and other companies should take note!!Food: 5/5
A must visit cafe, that has carved out its own style. Loads of quality eating and drinking options. Not surprising a very popular location for locals and visitors. Toilets downstairs and in good order. Food of a real good quality and standard. Venue is opposite Hay castle site with small pay and display car park for one or two hours. Staff quick, efficient and helpful, fast table service.
Trying out different cafes. The cafe was very pleasant and inviting, clean and tidy. The service was excellent. We sat upstairs. Many pictures of actors and actresses which were very nice to look at. We had a coffee each and my husband chose a piece of cake. He said the cake was on the stale side and didn't think the coffee was very nice. I always have decaf and didn't think it was too bade - I've certainly tssted worse.
Amazing service and super yummy ice cream! I have Coeliac disease and they were very clued up and went above and beyond. They got out a new untouched tub of the gluten-free ice cream to avoid cross contamination, and steamed clean the ice cream scooper- and even had GF cones! Thank you so much Food: 5/5
