We were meeting up with a good friends and would normally rent a house but size of properties in Hay meant we needed a B&B .we went online and scoured those that were available. Seven stars came out well in reviews so I booked. We weren't disappointed. Right in the centre of hay with a pool should you want to use .we didn't so I can't review. Room was small but had everything we needed. Plenty of hot water. Comfy bed . The building very old so does come with wall width issues, sadly the gent next to us had a nasty cough and we heard him through the course of the night. That said it wasn't a major issue. Breakfast was delicious. Very attentive . Local produce. Great all round.

Lovely friendly atmosphere friendly staff... captain the resident dog is the cutest thing ever... highly recommended x

Quaint. Central to all things. Nice small pool and sauna. Things look a little dated inside of the room but all was functional. Excellent off street parking.
