It's what you would imagine the ideal local market to be like. The people on the stalls are friendly, the locals smile and chat, the queue for the bakery was justified, and the fresh produce made a delightful dinner. And I came away with a snazzy pair of socks. Also very dog friendly.
Very beautiful town. Will love to do a walk around. Seems like there is plenty to see and like.
Great range of home made Welsh products with real provenance. Delicious food, great homebrew ales, pizzas, bread etc. Fabulous market.
It's a really pretty town but we felt the food market was crammed into such a small place for the amount of people. 45 minute wait for 2 tacos and 2 drinks! We had a nice time walking around the stalls.
What a lovely town!! Though we chose a rainy day, we had an amazing day made of bookshops, market stalls and coffee shop stops.
Lovely rural town and 'far from the madding crowd.' Ironically can get quite busy and diverse. Has everything a visitor might look for.
Great day out . Loved the shop and the butcher had an amazing display of different food. Really large car park making walking to town so easy .
Great location. Did not realise we were in Wales which was more fun. Great oven baked pizza and the coffee stall was superb, served by a great guy in a black and white scarf and assumed he was a Fulham supporter!
Busy, especially during summer - arrive early to get a parking spot. There's plenty of stalls selling food including fresh fruit and veg and sea food, to convenience food and drinks. There's plenty to see but would advise going during less busy times.
Beautiful little town, lots of antique and book shops
