Really disappointed !nCustomer service is horrible !nI was waiting for 30 minutes to cut down mdf boards, I asked 3 times then someone said that the guy just finished work and he is going home. The only other guy doing cutting is on break so I'll have to wait for 15 more minutes.nI asked for the manager but it turns out that he is on break himself too.nNow I have to go somewhere else. Half of my days is gone now.nThanks guys !nI value my time and my customers so this was my last time shopping from Selco Walthamstow
The customer service is beyond bad. I’ve been a customer for years. Popped into this store for wood. The staff tell there is stock. I was shown where the stock is. After asking another member of staff, yes that’s the correct wood that’s on offer. End up at the till. Different price. Wrong wood. No one wanted to help you out. Turns out the wood was outside. 6 members of staff doing nothing. Just telling me where to go. Selco owners need to look at this store urgently.
Very poor customer service, to stay an hour in the queue to pay for goods then to security 30 minutes to counting what you all ready paid.nAvoid this shop
Went to this place twice today. On my first visit, it took me 1 hour to get hold of Oven and hob which was on sale. Staff keep on passing their work to others and you are made feel unwelcome.nnOn my 2nd visit, my experience was even worse. No one will make an eye contact and will try to ignore customers as much as possible. Few other customer in the store left shaking their heads. They need to fix their customer services as currently it is appalling
Decent prices good stock efficient staff plenty of parking
