I visited this store today with my son who is autistic he is very particular about what he wants DENNIS was amazing he was so good with my son fantastic customer service he went above and beyond to help us he also found a bike that was made already which avoided a meltdown he was also very helpful at finding the right skates for my daughter I cannot thank him enough he is amazing at what he does and needs to be noticed for it! As for the manager of the store he is as miserable as sin not professional at all I found him to have a very negative moody character who does not communicate with his staff or the customers maybe he needs to be retrained ! Dennis is the reason I will return to this store he is kind , caring with a lot of knowledge and very willing to do anything to help the customer! Thank you so much will see you again soon no doubt !
A wonderful place.nAll the toys of the things you loved as a kid are here. From action figures to dolls, bikes and video games, and so on. It's a dreamland for all children. Bright colours and joy for all.nnThis is the first place I come to buy toys for my nieces and they love them.nnThe store is big and it is well maintained. The place is neat and tidy. So well done to the team.nnThe staff are very friendly, polite, and cheerful. They go the extra mile to help.nSmiles all around.nnThank you Smyths, keep up the good work.nI highly recommend this wonderful place. ^_^
Shaun the manager and Leihhann provided poor customer service. FromnNow on I will be going to the Enfield store and hope I will get a better service.
I have visited today Friern Barnet store and I was extremely disappointed with the service. My kids have chosen Lego presents as my son birthday is today and my daughters tmrw. When I tried to pay on the till, the item was £69.99 but I was asked to pay £129.99. I have informed the staff and I have asked for Managers help and explained it’s my son birthday, only to be told NO I cant help you. He showed absolutely not interested what I was saying. No apologies. No help. Very poor service. I left the store with no presents and both kids crying as I couldn’t afford for that price.nVery disappointing and it’s misleading.
I have visited this branch with my daughter. I have bought a toy and I came back after 10 minutes I forgot to bring the receipt but the toy didn’t work correctly, I was about to change it but the staff started to argue with me and they don’t want to change it for me and he started to told me go out from the shop and my daughter started to feel frustrated she is just 7 years old the guy make her upset! The surprise thing is the store manager came afterward and instead of saying sorry he defenced from his staff , this kind of behaviour shows inexperienced manager !!! Avoid this store.
