Today I visited Sephora and was helped by Aweeza Ibrahim. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She recommended all the right products for me and I ended up buying quite a few items including an eye brush, Makeup by Mario concealer, contour stick, blush stick, the Tirtir foundation in the perfect shade for my skin, and Glazing Milk.nnShe also did my makeup and it looked perfectly beautiful on my skin. I felt very confident and happy with the result.nnShe took great care of me, and I would like to sincerely thank her for her kindness and professionalism.
I had such an amazing experience at this Sephora and felt compelled to leave a review because the customer service was genuinely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, all of the sales assistants were so welcoming, friendly, and approachable. The store had such a positive and comfortable atmosphere, which immediately made the experience enjoyable.nnI especially want to highlight Patrycja , who went above and beyond to help me and my mum. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and she truly took the time to understand what I was looking for. Finding the right foundation shade can be tricky, but Patrycja made the process feel effortless. She carefully listened to my preferences, tested shades thoughtfully, and explained everything clearly without rushing me at all. I felt completely confident and comfortable throughout the entire process.nnWhat really stood out was how genuine and caring she was — she wasn’t just trying to sell a product, she genuinely wanted to make sure I left with something that suited me perfectly. Thanks to her expertise, I found my exact foundation match and couldn’t be happier with the result.nnThe other sales assistants were also wonderful — they were attentive, polite, and always happy to help, which really added to the overall positive experience. The level of customer service I received made me feel valued and well looked after.nnOverall, this was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. Huge thank you to Patrycja and the rest of the team for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this Sephora to anyone looking for great products and exceptional customer service.
Excellent customer service, I was so impressed with the this lovely young lady knowledgeable on the cosmetic products. I am currently using a product that works . When it is finished I definitely buy what I was recommended. This is the first time in this shop and I was so happy that this lady had been my advisor. She helped me so well and made me feel that I was in safe hands. I’m super happy thanks

She helped me with everything - foundation, concealer, and a full face match - and I honestly couldn’t be happier.nnPriscilla was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin, explained the products clearly, and made sure everything was perfectly matched rather than rushing the process. You can tell she really knows her craft and cares about giving customers the best results.nnThis was one of the best in-store makeup experiences I’ve had, and it’s 100% because of her. He was very polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. Iylia explained everything clearly, gave honest advice, and made sure the recommendations were suitable for my needs. His friendly attitude and expertise made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. Excellent customer service — he is a real asset to the Sephora team.
