I am very pleased with the customer service. The staff are polite and friendly. The clothes are high quality and worth the investment. I shop here often and am certainly one of their happy customers.

They scammed me. I ordered a Baracuta jacket, it didn't fit. Was only 1 left in the size i wanted so i shot them an email. They said I should buy the jacket in right size and then send back the first jacket and get a refund on that. So i did. They asked me for my palpal e-mail about a week after i sent the jacket back. That was several months ago and the last thing i ever heard from them. No refund and no replies.

Great shop for men's fashion but all the items are extremely pricy! They also have a bunch of other quirky items, cigars, cologne, and magazines. Fyi James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem's favorite shop in London

One of the lesser known fashion locations outside of insider knowledge but definitely a great one none the less. With a much more neutral and calm approach to fashion, this place fits perfectly into the current fashion zeitgeist.
