Great bookshop. Lots of choice and nice relaxed atmosphere. I can spend hours in here. The staff could learn a thing or two about customer service though.

My favorite book store, has a good variety of books. Especially history books. Good offers and friendly staff.

Good service and really nice location in the centre, its quiet and quaint only problem is that some books are damaged or have had people mess with them.

Good store and service. A lot of help from Harley who knew much about the stock. Will be back and I live in the area.

Very rude patronising staff members. No welcome. No thanks after I'd paid. In fact the cashier DAVID EAS, jabbed his finger at the card reader, clearly just wanted my presence out of his shop asap. Rude rude man. I noticed when I got home on the receipt 'if you had a loyalty card you've have earned points!' DAVID EAS never offered me anything. I stood there waiting for him to say 'would you like anything else?' But no, he didn't want or need to. Clearly, he and Foyles don't need me or my loyalty. I'll be speaking to whoever 'in charge' at that shop tomorrow and they can carry on with their attitude forever more. Next time I'm at Westfield Stratford, I'll buy my books at WH Smith. Foyles Stratford? Absolute abhorrent disgrace, the lot of them. Times have truly changed. This used to be the Rolls Royce of bookshops. Now it's the opposite. Unwelcoming, rude, unfit for purpose. Disgrace.
