She meticulously guided us through various options for shower fittings, pricing details, quality assessments, and warranty information. Her adeptness in finding the best deals by seamlessly mixing and matching items truly impressed us.nnWhat truly stood out, however, was Ms. Corina's unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service. She invested quality time in not just one, but many sessions, patiently explaining every aspect of the design process. Additionally, her prompt and professional responses to our emails, along with her punctuality in drafting quotations as promised, further underscored her dedication to ensuring our complete satisfaction.nnMs. Corina's knowledge, passion for her job, and genuine concern for the customer experience were evident in every interaction we had with her. She consistently placed the customer at the heart of her service, going above and beyond to meet our needs and preferences.nnIt is rare to come across someone as dedicated and proficient as Ms. Corina, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to interact with her.
They have the worst delivery service ever, when I place order I ask and confirm for my material to be delivered in the morning and they confirm this on your invoice, on the day of delivery they say their morning slot can be up to 2pm, and Ususaly they are running one hour late!!! This is an absolute joke and a redicoulus service as your workers turn up for AM delivery, you get your materials 2PM in the afternoon. This has happened a few times so I wouldn't call it a bad luck for them, this is just very poor service and when you call them nobody knows what's happening.nEven thought their materials could be cheap some times, you'd loose money on their poor delivery and customer service.
Kris was so helpful today. He really helped me out and I really really appreciate it. His above and beyond assistance this morning allowed me to get my bathroom project done and dusted in one day! Thank you again Kris!
Today, I visited Builder Depot in New Southgate. I had a great experience with Kris in the cut-to-size section. Kris was extremely helpful, assisting me with lifting MDF sheets. He also provided valuable advice on selecting the right skirting and had a pleasant attitude throughout the interaction.
