I used this pharmacy for over 15 years for my prescriptions. The staff here are so helpful and friendly and the low rating is nothing to do with them as they do a great job considering how understaffed they are. But, the last few years have been a nightmare. I have to queue for ages which is something i struggle with due to medical conditions. People try to push in the queue and regularly people get aggressive about this. 'I only need to pick up my prescription' - So do all of us in the 10 people long queue! The late night pharmacy is now also closed. I changed to a different, independent pharmacy and that made me realise just how badly organised this one really is not including the lovely staff.
I had lovely customer service today from Azam at Boots Opticians. She promptly fixed my reading glasses which I had purchased a couple of months ago. Great attitude and friendly service. Thank you!
I had an eye test and purchased glasses today. The service received was excellent, with new tests since I last attended which were very thorough and well explained. I saw Sarupa and Sabrena, who were very thorough and helpful, and I would recommend them as I was very impressed by their help today.
A quick MESSAGE to the Management Team of this Boots branch. Make sure your security guards are properly trained and qualified for their role and display their SIA licence and respect every customer. You'll usually get sick, mentally sick people who just want to grab their prescriptions and probably do a few purchases and be on their way. There is no need in stalking your customers. You have CCTV for that. Quick MESSAGE for your shop Security Guards: Just stay at the entrance and follow the book. Don't make people feel uncomfortable, especially those who are going through some hard times. Do you guys think we have chosen to be sick? No, I guarantee you we didn't. I guarantee you don't want to be in the shoes of some of the people who are walking in. This is an unacceptable behaviour, especially in a pharmacy. You're a security guard in a pharmacy, not in a bank. If someone needs guidance or help, you should support them and give them advice, but not stalking them and follow them around.nThis isn't a racial profile issue because basically a whiteother customer has been followed around by a brownother security guard.nIf I notice this behaviour one more time, I will take this matter further higher. And every single one of those security guards who are misbehaving will have their SIA licence cancelled and banned from ever holding one, and the whole pharmacy closed down. And I guarantee you that I will do this.
Very friendly staff and quick quality service. I live in Barnet, but prefer with my kids to go to Whetstone boots
