Fun place for Harry Potter fans. The shop has a great selection of merchandise, and everything looks authentic, just like in the movies. The atmosphere is magical, but be prepared to queue if you want the famous photo at Platform 9¾. The official photo costs about £15 – personally I didn’t feel it was worth paying, since you can also take your own free picture of the platform area. Nice to visit if you’re a fan, but it can get very crowded.
I visited the Harry Potter shop for the first time, and I was impressed by how clean and well-organized it was. The staff were very welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The wands on display were fantastic, although a bit pricey at £32 each. Overall, I'd definitely recommend a visit!
The picture at the platform was a magical experience that the kids will cherish for a long time. However, the shop wasn’t a nice experience at all. Even though the shop is Nicky decorate, moving inside is so difficult with all the people and you can barely see the products. The sales person at the end wasn’t experienced and made me pay twice. And when I wanted a bag for my stuff that I thought would be cool with Harry Potter written on it told me I had to pay .. I wish I knew when I payed for the products but then it was too late.
We love the Kings Cross Harry Potter store! Super super busy store though, you will have to wait in line. The store is neat and has a lot of cool Harry Potter merchandise. And if you live in the states this is much cheaper than the Universal shops! Also the staff was super friendly and the area itself is nice!
Impossible to be in London and not visit this iconic, magical place at King’s Cross station, Central London. A whimsical experience for all Potterheads.Tons of merchandise, gifts, sweaters, scarves, keyrings, magnets, stuffed toys, candies and even butter beer. Staff is very kind, helps you choose or look around. Girls at the counter are super friendly and courteous. There is also the famous platform 9 ¾, created outside the store. There is always a lineup, at least an hour and half. One can wait in queue and get photographed in Harry Potter merchandise with HP’s famous cart. Photographs can be purchased from inside the store. All in all, a great experience!
