I bought a second hand car here from Donna and felt really safe with her expertise and experience.  It felt like a personal interaction and not just a sales transaction. They buy cars that they are happy to sell to their local community and there's no reason for them to mess anyone around. I've had the car for 7 months now and I feel I got exactly what I was told. A reliable car in good condition that was selected for a reason.

Bought an older smart little hyundai I10 for my sons first car. I can highly recommend these guys. All issues sorted without hesitation. car presented in a really clean condition and Liam was a good guy to deal with. Great, honest garage and would use again.

Bought my new car from here and the whole experience was stress-free and easy, they don't try and pressure you into extras like other garages and they offer 3 months warranty included in the price of the car. They are so helpful when it comes to repairing the car, very efficient and understanding. I can't recommend them highly enough, constantly telling my sister to get her first car from here. 10/10

Bought our used Volvo V70 from Sapphire Car Sales. Found Rob and Donna very easy and straightforward to deal with. They presented the car for a new MOT, fixed the one minor 'Fail' item, and also replaced all 4 tyres which were perfectly legal, but were advisories.

We brought a car from this garage last week and we were so pleased with the advice and friendly atmosphere provided. We are so pleased with our car and would most certainly return in the future when we buy again. It's great to have a local, honest and friendly car sales business you can rely on! Everyone knows going to buy a new car cab be a stressful experience. However the staff at Sapphire really put you at ease. They are very friendly and they make you feel like you have been friends for a long time. They where very honest and you can tell they buy cars that have been well looked after. We had a small issue but it was quickly rectified. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a mid priced car. The prices where very reasonable so no need to barter. When you don't know much about cars it can be difficult to find the right car but with expertise on hand at the garage we where over joyed with the outcome and we are totally in love with our new car. Thank you Sapphire cars!

Just part-exchanged a much loved car with the garage. Really pleased with our new vehicle which was well presented. Donna & family treated us honestly & fairly & we were very pleased with the service we received. We would definitely recommend them & they’ll be the first garage we visit for our next car purchase.
