Gave me a quote for a service then charged my wife £30 more than quote. Their explanation - woman who gave the quote the week before had left, so no proof - Beware!

My father purchased a car from this company...200 miles later the clutch went...Warranty would not cover it as it was less than 30days after purchase,so down to the dealer...WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY...Their response not our problem...James Peake (owner) is the most arrogant small minded cowboy i have ever had the misfortune to deal with....We ended up with a bill of over £900 to put the car right and its been a money pit ever since....Joke of a company....BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE IS...SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE...

Only have used parts counter, however grumpy and nonchalant was my experience of the parts sales person. I was left standing on more than one occasion, whilst he continued conversations too workshop staff. Don't even think of ringing around dinner time, as this guy disappears for over an hour. They only appear to have one person in the parts department. I no longer shop here.
