Amazing customer service from Patrick! I called after finding the advert, and Patrick swiftly scheduled me in for a viewing whilst being polite and informative over the phone. Upon the viewing, he showed great knowledge and answered all my questions regarding the car. He did not pressure me or over sell the vehicle. Overall excellent service!! Would definitely recommend Shire Car Sales!
When you think of a car dealer, one’s thoughts immediately conjure up mental pictures of fins clearly discernible in shallow water. And like many others, I have had my fair share of dealers like that. But let me say this one is not like those. Honest decent and straight. What a refreshing experience indeed. I looked at a Mercedes on sale, and took it for a drive. It was lovely. Well prepared too. But the Mot was short and Simon mentioned he would push it through the Mot before the sale concluded. I checked the online history and saw it had passed but with 4 discs and pads on advisories. I guessed I would end up having to buy them all after purchase but Simon kindly paid for the front discs and pads along with the replacement battery. I will order and fit the rears later in the week. Friendly, reasonable, genuine, honest, flexible and accommodating. Doesn’t sound like a car dealer at all does it? Well this is how this dealer is. Very good indeed.
Was asked to take a buyer to collect her car. The salesman met us warmly and proceeded to go through thw legal registration thoroughly. He then gave a comprehensive briefing on the car. Havinv ensured the buyer was happy he let her take to the road in a very nice xar. The hanger had many good quality cars at reasonable prices awaiting ther next owners.
