When booking online it was a 45 minute delivery time which I understand is estimated when you are busy. It was an hour and a quarter before we received our food. Our last delivery not so long ago was an hour delivery time but was an hour and half. Both times our food was luke warm with oil swimming on top of 1 of our curries. This time our poppadums were soggy. I can now see why you are giving up your delivery service. It is not the most reliable service. We have had a really good service in the past. I see you offer a 20% discount for collections but this is sometimes not convenient and would like the treat of a home delivery.

First time ordering from these guys and they're exceptional. The food is amazing and even if it wasn't, the staff are amazing so who cares. Honestly nothing is too much trouble. Order from them. Thanks guys.
