Ordered my food at just before 8pm tonight and it simply hasn’t shown up. Phoned up the restaurant and after the guy on the phone disappeared off to check what’s going on, he put the phone down on me. Then I phone up again and ask what’s going on and he apologised and said it will be delivered and it’s still yet to arrive. Currently 9:11pm and not at all confident the food will show up.

Some branches are just best avoided.nnRoyal waste of money. Good luck getting a family meal,  if your lowest expectations is cooked pizza dough and at least getting the toppings you paid for, you won't get it here.nnRestaurants can and do make mistakes, especially when approaching closing time and rushing orders for brevity. As customers, we are reliant on good faith and competent management to make amends when this happens. This Dominoes demonstrates neither of those things.nnAwful food. Management response demonstrates this incompetence is not a one off.nnWe ordered two large pizzas with extra toppings. They missed the extra cheese, the base was cooked bottom and top but doughy raw inside and cheese unmelted.nWe had to reheat individual slices in a lidded frying pan to finish the dough cookery and melt cheese.nSpoiled a family evening. Management didn't care.

Ordered and received the wrong pizza from here this evening. They then delivered another pizza and the order was incorrect again. This time, not only was the order wrong, but the pizza was so undercooked, that the toppings slid off as you picked the slice up .The dough was wet and spongey.nnThey wanted to send another driver round 3rd time - but by this point, 1hr 30 mins waiting for pizza, I couldn’t eat. Over £20 for nothing.nRefund denied.

Took a little longer to receive. New pizza wasn’t to my liking. Not that it wasn’t good I just wouldn’t choose sweet pizza. Chicken on another had was delicious! Absolutely to die for.

I had a terrible experience with Domino’s on 14th August 2025. The delivery driver was verbally abusive, swore at me, and even called me “an idiot” because I didn’t walk downstairs to meet him. I am disabled and partially deaf, which makes the intercom difficult for me – instead of showing understanding, the driver mocked me and used offensive language.nnTo make matters worse, when he finally brought the food up, he dropped my pizza on the floor while taking it out of the bag. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable.nnAlthough I was refunded for the order, Domino’s completely failed to address the driver’s behaviour. Simply refunding food that was unsafe to eat does not make up for the humiliation, verbal abuse, and distress I was subjected to. Proper compensation should have been offered to acknowledge the driver’s unacceptable actions and the way I was treated as a disabled customer.nnVery disappointed – I won’t be ordering again unless Domino’s shows they take respect, customer safety, and accountability seriously.
