Delicious food, fantastic service and the team are always friendly here. This is my go to takeaway as the food is always tasty. The chicken kebab is my main item but sometimes have the freshly made pizzas from them which always taste soo good.
The quality of the food is satisfactory, however, the chicken wraps are inadequately prepared, leading to wastage. Furthermore, improvements are recommended in both counter service professionalism and hygiene practices, specifically regarding handwashing protocols to mitigate potential contamination.
Food arrived 25 minutes later than the advised time and did not include the pizza.nnWhen challenged the driver said that this was because a car had broken down and the owner was out delivering. The driver had the rest of our meal though, so this was a complete lie, one I suspect he'd been told to say after he called the restaurant.nnAnyway, after being told by the driver that the pizza was on the way we receive a call from the kebabery saying that it hadn't been sent out, was still there and cold. A request for a refund as well as the pizza being delivered was rejected in place of being offered extra food or a discount on the next order.nnMistakes happen. Lying to your customers is a conscious decision, refusal to give a refund shows the character of this shop. Please do not use.
So we have tried multiple places in Chelmsford now , we ordered the kebab feast 2 from the menu basically a big meat platter with extras , it didn’t disappoint, was very nice , fresh , fast delivery and reasonably priced . This is now our go to place . Big thumbs up
